Farmhouse/ guesthouse

This space was completely gut rehabbed in 2022. Its a cozy home detached from the original farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a Kitchenette. Its perfect if your larger group wants to spread out more or as a separate affordable rental for smaller parties. The Guesthouse guests do not have access to the shared yard, unless it is shared by a known party.

Adorable open floor plan living focusing on your comfort. Two individually controlled heat/AC units. Kitchenette does not have an oven, but does have a toaster, microwave, air-fryer and hotplate for cooking. Smart TV and Country WIFI (that means slow)
